Factory Facilities

PRECASTING YARD: Fully concrete ground, spread into PRODUCTION lines, each line equipped with Tower Cranes, Gantry Cranes, Batching Plant, Steel beds, fitted with table vibrators, vertical Stacking stands (Vertical & Horizontal), complete with sprinkler curing systems.

WORKSHOPS: Full-fledged workshop facility, complete with Mould fabrication, Machinery & Electrical workshop, Carpentry workshop, & coating/ painting and Rebar cut and bend facilities. We have Fully equipped mould fabrication machines, Cutting and bending machines, with the capability to suit different rod diameters, circular rings, lifting hooks, templates – for ordinary and complicated bending, all to cater to different client project requirements.  All workshops are equipped with modern machines, with assorting, processing & storing arrangements.

Factory Facilities

STORES: Fully up to date, clean, and efficient store inventory management system following FIFO system.  All material is systematically stacked on steel shelvings, based on eventual use, along with proper identification tags, bin cards, to monitor daily, weekly & monthly inventory levels.  Separate temperature-controlled rooms, for storage of coating chemicals, HSE safety gear, PPE, and related items, for immediate check out.

A dedicated area specially earmarked as “Customer property” for storage of accessories supplied by clients, which have to embedded into the casting, prior to pouring.

In addition, there is an arrangement for a timekeeper room, logistics control, and toolbox talk seminar room, as per company policy objectives, under ISO 9001:2008 directive.
